Rules for participation

Eligibility for WoW Annual Event - A Multicultural Evening

The applicant should:

  1. For Teen should be between 13 and 19 years as on 1st July 2019.

  2. For Ms WOW should be minimum 20 years of age as on 1st July 2019.

  3. For Ms WOW should be single.

  4. Must attend all rehearsals when requested by the organizers.

  5. Should be concerned about wellbeing of others and a passion to help the community.

  6. Should have good etiquettes, positive attitude, good manners, punctuality, good conversation skills, discipline and confidence.

  7. Be able to accept winning or losing positively and sportingly.


  1. Only the applicant/s will be allowed inside the designated venue of the preliminaries.

  2. The schedule of events and qualification rounds are subject to change at the discretion of the Organisers.

  3. The Organisers are not responsible for non-completion / non-occurrence of the event.

  4. In the event of any dispute, the Organisers decisions shall be final and binding on the applicant/s.

  5. Applicant/s can register on website at www.womenofwyndham.org

  6. Entry Forms with incomplete information or without relevant document/s will not be considered.

  7. The selection panel reserves the right to reject any Entry Form at its sole discretion without assigning any reason.

  8. Short listed candidates need to pay $50 (Ms WOW), $50 (Teen WOW) if they get selected for the Finals in their respective category.

  9. Applicants who have completed all the formalities may be required to participate in Preliminary Events for all the activities proposed for the ‘walk for a cause’.

  10. The Organisers reserves the right to change rules and regulations, venue dates, for Auditions / Final Runway without any Notice.

  11. The participants can walk in their ethnic dress or the attire of their choice. The attire and ornaments worn by the contestant would be of their own.

  12. The Organisers reserves the right to appoint member of the Jury, decision of which will be final, binding and non-challengeable by the contestant and will be based on their appearance, etiquettes and views on wellbeing of others.

  13. Any applicant / contestant who do not abide by the instructions, rules and regulations of the Runway is liable to be disqualified any time by the Panel without any notice.

  14. The organisers will have the exclusive rights to all the photographs taken during the course of the Runway and reserves the right to feature them on any media or publicity for promotion. In this event the contestants will not receive any payment for the use of photographs.

  15. The Organizers will not be responsible for any valuables or cash lost by contestants during the Runway.

  16. No Participant shall indulge in defaming the Organizers and judges on any print or social media.

  17. No Participant shall try to influence decision making through either the organizers or judges.
